The Ball Room — for grand occasions

Narwala Bypass Roundabout, Narwala Road, Faisalabad, Pakistan · up to 200 guests

Some occasions are not meant for an open lawn. A valima reception, an award night, a formal dinner — they call for a proper room: covered, decorated, and built around a stage.

Our Ball Room is a fully covered marquee raised on the grounds and dressed to your theme. It seats 100 to 150 guests, and the rest of the farmhouse still comes with your booking.

Why here

What makes it work

01

Covered, whatever the weather

June heat, January cold or unexpected rain — the function runs regardless. No last-minute panic about the sky.

02

Seats 100 to 150

Large enough to feel grand, small enough that your guests are actually together rather than scattered.

03

Dressed to your theme

Staging, lighting, backdrop and seating arranged the way you want. Bring your own decorator or we will arrange one.

04

The grounds come with it

Family pool, cricket ground, open lawns and four A/C rooms are still yours — the Ball Room is part of the property, not a separate hire.

A room made for grand occasions

A ballroom has always meant one thing: a large, formal room built for the occasions that deserve one. Grand dinners, receptions, galas — evenings where the setting is part of the event, not just a place to put the chairs.

That is what our Ball Room is for. It is a fully covered marquee raised on the grounds, dressed to your theme, with a stage at one end and your guests seated in front of it. When the occasion is formal, an open lawn simply does not carry the same weight.

Covered, whatever the weather

This is the practical reason families choose it. A Faisalabad June is punishing, January evenings turn cold, and rain arrives without warning during the wedding season.

Under full cover none of that matters. Your date holds, the decor stays up, the food stays hot and nobody spends the evening watching the sky. For a function you have planned for months, that certainty is worth more than anything else on this page.

Wedding and valima receptions

A valima is the finale, and it is the one function where guests expect a proper room. Staging, lighting, a clear aisle to the stage and seating that faces it.

The Ball Room gives you all of that without the fixed menu, fixed timings and fixed layout a banquet hall imposes — and the open lawns are still there for the rest of your wedding functions. You decide the shape of the evening and how long it runs.

Galas and award nights

An award night lives or dies on the room. People need to see the stage, hear the speeches and feel that the evening matters.

A covered ballroom setting does that in a way an open lawn cannot — sound carries properly, lighting actually works after dark, and the whole room faces one direction.

Formal and annual dinners

Annual dinners, company celebrations and formal family dinners all want the same thing: a room that feels like an occasion has been made of it.

Set the tables, dress the stage, run your presentation or your speeches, and let the evening move to dinner. Everything happens in one place, with the grounds outside for anyone who wants air.

Mehndi, nikkah and engagements

Not every wedding function belongs outside. A mehndi with a full stage and heavy decor sits better under cover in the Ball Room, and a winter nikkah is far more comfortable in a warm room than on a cold lawn.

Many families use both: the Ball Room for the main function and the open lawns for the rest of the evening. The booking covers the whole property, so you are not choosing between them.

Dressed to your theme

The room is a blank canvas. Staging, backdrop, lighting, floral work, table settings and seating plan are all yours to decide.

Bring your own decorator, sound team and photographer, or tell us your theme and we will arrange it. Give us the setup time in advance and the room will be ready before your first guest arrives.

Sized for 100 to 150 guests

The Ball Room seats between 100 and 150. That is the size where a function still feels full and warm — everyone is in one room, close enough to the stage to be part of it.

If your list runs larger, the open lawns take the property up to 200 guests. Use the Ball Room for the dinner and the lawns for everything around it.

The whole farmhouse comes with it

The Ball Room is not a separate hire. It sits on the same grounds, and we still take only one booking at a time.

That means the family swimming pool, the cricket ground, the open lawns, the aviary and the four air-conditioned rooms are all included. The bride and groom get somewhere to prepare, the children have somewhere to go, and your guests are never confined to one room unless they want to be.

Food, degh and service

Catering works exactly as it does everywhere else on the property. We arrange BBQ, biryani, karahi and full degh to your headcount, or you bring your own caterer and menu.

There is no compulsory package and no per-head minimum dressed up as a hall charge. You pay for the room and the food you actually want.

Book the room before the date goes

Wedding season and Eid dates fill first, and a covered room books faster than an open lawn because it carries no weather risk.

Good to know

Ball Room & Grand Events — common questions

How many guests does the Ball Room seat?

Between 100 and 150 guests seated. If your list is larger, the open lawns take the booking up to 200 — many families use the Ball Room for dinner and the lawns for the rest of the evening.

Is the Ball Room covered and usable all year?

Yes. It is a fully covered marquee structure, so functions run through Faisalabad summers, winter evenings and unexpected rain without any change of plan.

Can we bring our own decorator and sound system?

Yes. Bring your own decorator, lighting, sound team and photographer, or tell us your theme and we will arrange it. Let us know in advance so we can plan setup time.

Is the Ball Room booked separately from the farmhouse?

No. It sits on the same property, and we still take only one booking at a time — so the pool, the cricket ground, the lawns and the rooms are included with it.
