If you would rather bring your own cook and menu, that is completely fine. It lets you plan around exactly what your guests eat.

Can we use the family swimming pool for a birthday?

Yes, the family swimming pool is included with dedicated hours for your group. A lifeguard can be arranged on request — please mention it when booking if children will be swimming.

Do you allow outside decorators and DJs?

Yes. You are free to bring your own decorator, sound system, photographer or jumping castle. Let us know in advance so we can plan access and setup time.

Can a school book the farmhouse for a trip?

Yes, we regularly host school and college trips for up to 200 students. Free parking for buses and a gated single-entrance ground make supervision straightforward.
