Corporate retreats, off-sites & annual dinners

Why here
What makes it work
Team-building that works
A full cricket ground and pool turn into inter-department tournaments without hiring a separate sports venue.
Bring the families
Staff family days work well here — activities for children while the team socialises, all within one gated boundary.
Catering at your headcount
BBQ, biryani, karahi and degh arranged for the full team. Tell us the number and we handle the rest.
Free parking, easy access
On the Narwala Bypass Roundabout with free on-site parking for staff cars, vans and company buses.
Out of the conference room
A team day does not have to happen under fluorescent lights. Often the most useful thing you can do is take everyone out of the building entirely.
Here the meeting, the activities and the food all happen in one place, in the open air — which is a very different day from sitting around the same table you sit at every week.
Corporate retreats
A retreat is your chance to actually get to know your team. Start the morning with a focused session out on the lawn — the quarter ahead, open projects, whatever needs proper attention without interruptions.
Once that is done, move on to the activities. People relax, talk properly, and get to know colleagues they normally only see on a screen.
Team-building that people enjoy
Changing the setting does most of the work. Instead of indoor exercises nobody wants to do, put a cricket match on and let the competition take care of itself.
The aim is a day people enjoy together. When it ends, everyone leaves with something shared rather than another meeting in the calendar.
Annual dinners
An annual dinner is when the people who made the year work get to hear it said out loud. It is worth doing away from the office.
Celebrate what was achieved, hand out the recognition properly, and let staff enjoy an evening where they feel valued for the hours they put in. For a formal sit-down dinner, the Ball Room is the better room.
Product launches
A launch is about holding your audience’s attention, and the venue has to match the story you are telling.
Open with a formal presentation, then use the grounds as a backdrop for photography and content. Presentation in the morning, activities in the afternoon, food in the evening — a launch guests actually remember.
Staff family days
It is not only employees who carry a demanding job — their families absorb the long hours and the busy weeks too.
A family day gives everyone a full day together outside work. Set up games for the children, run competitions for the adults, and finish with a BBQ. Colleagues meet each other’s families, and people see a different side of the person at the next desk.
Departmental celebrations
Every department has something worth marking — a project delivered, a target hit, a quarter that went the right way.
A private gathering for the team is the simplest way to recognise the work. Bring them for lunch or dinner, put on a cricket match, and finish with a casual BBQ.
Everything in one place, one bill
Corporate days usually fall apart on logistics: meet at the office, drive to a restaurant for lunch, drive somewhere else for the activity, then somewhere else again for dinner.
Here it is all on one property. Planning session in the morning, lunch, a cricket match in the afternoon, then BBQ and dinner with the informal conversations that actually matter. Up to 200 people, one venue, one bill.
Built around how your company works
Some teams want competition, some want a relaxed social day, some want the whole thing to run from morning to night. The schedule is yours to set.
A good corporate event should not feel like another task on the list. It should feel like a break — with the year’s work recognised properly along the way. Send us your dates and headcount and we will plan it around you.

Corporate & Team Events — common questions
How large a corporate group can you host?
Up to 200 people. That covers department off-sites, annual dinners and staff family days for most Faisalabad businesses.
Can you arrange food for a full-day corporate event?
Yes. We arrange BBQ, biryani, karahi and full degh catering to your headcount. Share your numbers and timings and we will quote the full day.
Is there space for a presentation or an award ceremony?
The open lawns take a stage, seating and a sound system. Bring your own AV setup, or tell us what you need and we will advise on the layout.
Can we book the venue exclusively for our company?
Every booking is exclusive. Only one event runs at a time, so the entire farmhouse belongs to your team for the day.
